CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN KITAS

Your address must be updated after you move, even if your KITAS is still valid.

If your new address is in another region, your information may need to be transferred to a different Immigration office.

This can affect the price and application process.

A Domicile Letter confirms your registration at your new residential address in Indonesia.

This document is usually required to update your address in the Immigration system. If you do not have a Domicile Letter, we can help you obtain one.

The following documents are usually required:

• a valid KITAS;
• a Domicile Letter for your new residential address.

For the initial check, our manager will also need:

• the address provided when your KITAS was issued;
• your new residential address;
• information about where your KITAS was issued.

Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

The average processing time is approximately 7 business days.

The actual processing time depends on the Immigration office and the details of your case.

• clients who have access to their Indonesian Immigration online account.
